Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

2Introduction: Behavioral problems among children are described as serious negative changes in the way children behave and control their emotions and cause distress to those around them. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to analyze children’s behavioral problems with emphasis on the effects of FAMILY RESOURCES, especially economic factors. Method: The research method is field study, and the instrument used is questionnaire. The statistical population of the research includes households that have at least one school-age child and does not have geographic restrictions. Also, bivariate regression and probit model were used to analyze data and information. Findings: The findings of the research show that assuming the stability of other conditions, the father’s stepfather or the unavailability of the biological father when the child is four years old increases the probability of behavioral problems in the child by 0. 165 units. Also, the mother’s full-time employment at the age of eightbincreases the probability of behavioral problems in the child by 0. 003 units. Discussion: Absence of a father at the age of four, due to the divorce or death of the child’s biological father, increases the probability of behavioral problems in the child. This means that children may spend less time with their parents in single-parent families or in stepfamilies. These findings are different from the results of Nozaki and Matsuura’s (2020) and Rice et al’s. (2019) studies. Also, having a private house when the child is eight years old, assuming the stability of other conditions, reduces the probability of behavioral problems in the the possibility of behavioral problems in children. This result is consistent with the findings of Mahmoudi and Mousavi’s (2019) study.

Background: Strengthening the coping RESOURCES as an instruction for anxiety-regulation may affect the emotion-regulation of families. Regarding the significant role of families in health of these patients, it seems that interference in strengthening coping RESOURCES affects their emotion-regulation. Aim: This study aimed to determine the effect of strengthening FAMILY coping RESOURCES on the emotion-regulation of schizophrenic patients' caregivers. Method: This quasi-experimental research was conducted on families with hospitalized schizophrenic patients in one of the most prominent psychiatric centers in the Northeast of Iran in 2018. The participants were assigned to intervention (n=29) and control (n=31) groups. A short revised form of Emotion-Regulation Questionnaire was utilized as data collection tool. The intervention based on strengthening FAMILY coping RESOURCES (SFCR) was administered in three modules and 15 group sessions (groups of 6-8 individuals) according to the instructions of the multi-FAMILY model of Kisser et al. On the other hand, the controls received routine cares in hospital wards. The data were analyzed in SPSS software version (16) using independent and paired t-tests. Results: The groups were homogenous in terms of demographic characteristics. The result of independent t-test demonstrated a significant difference in the mean score of revaluation (P=0. 001) and suppression (p=0. 001) in the intervention group, compared to the control group, after the intervention. Implications for Practice: This intervention can guide clinicians on how to implement a FAMILY-centered care program to reduce the burden of caring schizophrenic patients through gaining FAMILY support in the efficient care of these patients.

Present research is conducted to determine the impact of FAMILY, religiosity and commitment to traditional value (modernization negation) on employees’ work ethic in Ilam Petrochemical Company. It is an applied study in terms of its purpose while in terms of methodology, it is survey-type explanatory one. Its population consists of all staff (n = 226) in Ilam Petrochemical Company determined by sample volume table of Cohen and Krejcie & Morgan. A questionnaire is used to collect relevant data. Work ethic with C. Petty’s inventory (1990), modernization and FAMILY with structured questionnaire, religiosity with Glozari’s summarized questionnaire (2000) were measured by Cronbach’s alpha and stability ratios of 0.82, 0.81, 0.79 and 0.76 respectively. The results from data analysis by regression test and path analysis indicate that based on religiosity and commitment to traditional values, FAMILY forecasts almost 40% of changes in employees’ work ethics. Likewise, FAMILY, religiosity and modernization negation have direct and indirect impacts on work ethics.
